Mentiv, a HaminAI learning service, operates the Mentiv learner service at mentiv.haminai.com.

Information we collect

We collect information needed to run the learner service, secure accounts, and deliver AI-assisted learning features.

• Account data such as email address, display name, profile image, role, sign-in timestamps, and access status.
• Learner content such as prompts, messages, roadmap selections, activity submissions, and related metadata.
• Learning feedback and personalization signals, such as clarity or difficulty feedback and adaptive preference updates derived from that feedback.
• Operational analytics and service diagnostics stored in our backend, such as usage events, provider performance, and quota tracking.
• Consent and policy-acceptance records, including policy version identifiers, timestamps, and consent preferences.
• Device, network, or browser data needed for requested product functions, such as theme preference, app install dismissal state, session continuity, consent state, and country-resolution signals used for public promo eligibility.

How we use information

We use personal data to authenticate users, provide the learner experience, operate subscriptions, enforce plan limits, maintain product safety, investigate abuse, and improve reliability.

We also use data to generate AI responses, maintain roadmap continuity, personalize future teaching based on learner feedback, deliver country-eligible promotional experiences, and provide support when users contact us.

Cookies and similar technologies

Mentiv uses strictly necessary browser storage and similar technologies for core product behavior, including authentication, session continuity, security, consent-state handling, theme preference, and install-flow preferences.

Mentiv also supports optional analytics storage to help us measure product performance, understand feature usage, and improve onboarding and growth efforts. Optional analytics storage stays off unless you grant permission through our consent controls, and you can revisit that choice at any time through the cookie-preferences control.

Service providers and disclosures

We share information with service providers only as needed to operate the service, secure the platform, and deliver the features you request.

• Firebase Authentication and Google Cloud infrastructure for sign-in, session handling, and data hosting.
• Firestore-backed storage for user, session, and analytics records.
• AI model providers that process learner prompts and responses on our behalf, which may include OpenAI and Google model services depending on the active configuration.
• RevenueCat and related billing infrastructure for paid plan checkout, subscription state, and customer billing management when paid access is enabled.
• Analytics and consent technology providers that support optional measurement and consent controls when those services are enabled for the learner app.

AI-specific disclosures

When you submit prompts or learning content, that content may be processed by third-party AI providers selected by Mentiv's server-side configuration.

Do not submit highly sensitive personal data unless you are comfortable with that processing and it is necessary for your requested use.

Retention

We retain account, learner, and operational records for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain security, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

Retention periods may vary by record type. If you want a specific deletion or retention review, contact mentiv@haminai.com.

Your choices and rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict certain uses of your personal data, or to object to specific processing.

International transfers

Your information may be processed in countries other than the one where you live, including where our infrastructure or service providers operate. We take reasonable steps to use providers and safeguards appropriate for our service operations.

Policy changes

We may update this Privacy Policy as the service evolves. If a change is material, we may present the updated version during sign-in or through another learner-facing notice and refresh stored acknowledgment records.
