Operator and scope

Mentiv, a HaminAI learning service, operates the Mentiv learner experience at mentiv.haminai.com.

These Terms apply when you access the site, create an account, or use Mentiv's AI-supported learning tools.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 16 years old, or older if your local law requires a higher age to use online services or enter into these Terms.

You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and for activity that occurs through your account.

• You must use a valid sign-in method we support.
• You must not share your account in a way that bypasses plan, safety, or access controls.
• You must notify us promptly at mentiv@haminai.com if you believe your account has been compromised.

Acceptable use

You may use Mentiv only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not interfere with the service, our systems, or other users.

• Do not misuse the product to generate unlawful, abusive, deceptive, or infringing content.
• Do not attempt to probe, reverse engineer, or bypass security, rate limits, or access restrictions.
• Do not submit content you are not allowed to share with us or our service providers.

AI output and learning guidance

Mentiv uses third-party AI services to generate explanations, exercises, and other learning support. AI output can be incomplete or inaccurate and may not reflect the latest facts.

Mentiv is an educational productivity service and not a substitute for professional advice, including medical, legal, financial, or licensed instructional advice.

Content and service operation

You keep rights to the content you submit, subject to the permissions needed for us and our processors to operate, secure, and improve the service.

We may suspend or restrict access where necessary for security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, non-payment, or service maintenance.

Billing, plans, and paid access

Mentiv offers both included and paid access tiers. Available plan limits, features, pricing, and purchase options are presented in the learner pricing flow at the time of purchase or upgrade.

Paid plan checkout and subscription-management flows may be provided through RevenueCat or another billing partner we designate. By starting a purchase, you also agree to the pricing, billing, renewal, cancellation, and payment terms presented in that checkout flow.

Termination

You may stop using Mentiv at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially violate these Terms, create risk for the service, or if we are legally required to do so.

Changes to the service or these Terms

We may update Mentiv, these Terms, and related policies from time to time. When changes materially affect your obligations or rights, we may require a renewed acknowledgment before continued use.
